Ryan's Grade 4 class did a research on the different countries. Ryan picked the Philippines, of course. The class had a Mini-Folklorama. They were encouraged to dress up in their native costumes and bring a dish from their chosen country. Mommy's adobo was a hit. It was the first and only food that was finished.
